Cellar Master ("we", "us") is a cellar management platform for licensed premises. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. This is placeholder text — please review and replace it with your final policy before publishing.

1. Information we collect

Pub account details you provide, such as pub name, location/postcode, email and logo.
Operational data you log, including deliveries, cellar checks, CAT tests, line cleaning, wastage and beer requests.
Customer-facing content you publish, such as your live beer board and display code.

2. How we use your information

To provide and maintain the cellar management tools and your public beer board.
To send operational alerts and weekly reports to the email on your account.
To generate cellar ratings and certificates of excellence.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your data. Public information (such as your pub name, location and beer board) is visible to customers using the app. Operational data is visible only to users of your pub account.

4. Data retention & deletion

Your data is retained while your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Account Settings → Danger Zone.
